A central system when the project needs one.

If a yacht or yard has no suitable platform, I can configure or build a vessel-specific system as part of the assignment. A system developed for a directly managed Greek refit brought scope, schedules, contractor updates, permits, crew checks and decisions into one working record.

Do you work as owner's representative during a refit?

Yes — either as owner's representative overseeing the yard and crew, or as hands-on project manager running the refit directly: scope, budget, schedule, compliance and sea trials.

How many major refits have you worked on?

Three multi-million refit programmes across Greece and Cape Town, including one I directly managed end to end. My involvement spans owner-side scope, yard coordination, contractor control, schedule, trials and operational handover.

Can you provide a central refit-management system?

Yes. If the yacht or yard has no suitable central platform, I can design a vessel-specific system as part of the assignment so scope, schedules, contractors, permits, reports and decision history remain in one working record.
